Please read these terms carefully before using Prompterjack. By accessing or using this tool, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Prompterjack, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this tool. Your continued use of Prompterjack constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
2. Service Description
Prompterjack is a prompt-engineering toolkit for crafting prompts, instruction sets, and multi-agent architectures. Key characteristics:
- Optional accounts via Google or GitHub sign-in; some features require an account
- AI generation runs server-side on Cloudflare Workers; your account and saved work are stored in a managed database
- The web app is served on Cloudflare Pages, backed by a Cloudflare Workers API
- Offered with a free tier (subject to usage quotas) and optional paid plans, with no guarantee of uptime or availability
3. API Keys & Third-Party Services
Prompterjack's free tier generates using our managed AI provider access, subject to usage quotas. You may also bring your own API key from a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, Google, Groq). By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- If you bring your own key, it stays in your browser (localStorage) and is sent only to authenticate your request to the provider — we don't store it on our servers or log it
- AI requests are processed server-side through a Cloudflare Worker and AI Gateway before reaching the provider
- You are solely responsible for all costs incurred through any API keys you provide
- You must comply with the terms of service of each API provider you use
- Prompterjack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any AI provider
4. Intellectual Property
The Prompterjack user interface, prompt engineering methodology, brand assets, and source code are the intellectual property of the creator and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Prompts, architectures, and other outputs you generate using Prompterjack belong to you. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated outputs without restriction.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of Prompterjack, you are solely responsible for:
- The content and quality of prompts you create
- Reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs before use in any application
- All API costs incurred through your usage of third-party providers
- Ensuring your use of generated outputs complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Safeguarding your API keys and credentials
