Prompterjack is a small project — every email is read, but please allow a few days for a reply. Billing and account-access issues are prioritized.
Before you email about a bug
A few quick checks often resolve it:
- Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) — clears a stale cached build
- Open your browser console (F12) and note any red error messages
- Try an incognito window or a different browser to rule out an extension
When you email, please include:
- What you were doing, and what happened vs. what you expected
- Your browser name and version
- Any error messages from the console

Is Prompterjack free?
Yes — the free tier gives you Simple and Standard prompt generation with 10 generations a month, no credit card required. Pro ($25/month) adds higher limits, advanced complexity, the codebase fleet, and GitHub App automation. Team ($99/month flat, per team) gives every member the full Pro feature set on one bill — see the Pricing page.
Do I need my own API key?
No. Generations run on our models — no key needed. If you'd rather use your own provider key (Anthropic, Google, or Groq), you can. Provider calls may pass through our backend. See the trust page for processing and saved-key boundaries.
Why did my generation fail?
Most often a hard-refresh fixes it (a stale cached build). Otherwise, check the browser console (F12) for the error message, or email us with the details above.
